Agreed! I was nervous at first but, after seeing all these clips from the movie, I'm excited to see how she played Umbridge. I think it is the fact that she looks like someone's aunt and that she speaks with a certain sweetness that will make her that much more evil. It's sort of unexpected and uncharacteristic (given what you see at first glance), and I think that's the worst kind of evil of them all. Can't wait to see it!
