Yeah, I mean here in England it's pretty common.

We have the Saints of Britain, George's (england and red), Patricks (Ireland and green), Davids (Yellow and Wales) and Andrews (blue and scotland)..

Though no one really gets that competitive about it...
This school sorta makes it sound like they and Hogwarts are the only school to have eva done it lol
