Amazon have today announced that, with 1.6 million copies purchased, Deathly Hallows is their most pre-ordered product. This means that the seventh book has surpassed the previous record set by Half-Blood Prince at the figure of 1.5 million. Amazon expect hundreds of thousands more books to be pre-ordered in the remaining few weeks before the release.
