 How do you create spells like Snape did?
How do u create a spell? i dont recall Jo ever explaning that. I never really thought of spell creating. We only hear about certian spells, and the Ministry and the whole wizarding world is aware of all those spells. But Snape created a spell that nobody knows about. If you create a spell somehow do u have to register it at the ministry of magic or something? Is spell creating legal? But my biggest question is still How do u create a spell?? |
