I think Dumbledore only cares if they take him off the chocolate frog cards because he, being Dumbledore, knows that HARRY OWNS ONE and probably carries it around with him and that's how the now-dead Dumbledore will pass information of value to Harry in book 7. That would also be why the chocolate frog cards had any importance beyond tying us to Flamel (they have been mentioned in several instances so we don't forget about them)... because that's where he is going to show up. After all ... now he *can* hang around in his picture all day, as needed. And help will always be offered to those who ask...
