Here is the next chapter to I'll Stand By You!

Chapter 6:
“Harry I just don’t get it! Draco was fine but then he…changed!”

“Hermione maybe…did he seem worried when he tried to tell you?”

“Oh no Harry…he was jumping with joy!” Hermione snapped.

“Hermione I’m serious! Stop acting like a brat and answer me!” Harry shot back.

“Harry I’m sorry…yes…he did seem worried…”

“Did he say why?”

Hermione stopped pacing.

“Harry if he had told me why would you be sitting right here talking to me!”

“I mean…did he say he was scared of losing you or something?”

“Yes…”

“Are you sure he’s not being attacked by Voldemort or something?”

“Harry don’t be stupid! He would have told me if Voldemort was around him!”

“Not if he wanted to act strong for you. Because he knew you would freak out if he told you”.

“Harry don’t be ridiculous!”

“It’s true!…Hermione have you talked to Draco?”

“No…”

Harry got up and headed towards the door.

“Harry where are you going!?”

“To Draco’s house…there have been rumors that people have seen Voldemort in the village where Draco lives”.

Hermione gasped.

“Wait! I’m coming with you!”

Hermione collected her wand and met Harry outside her front door. Harry was sending a message to the Order using his patronus.

“Harry?”

“Yeah Hermione?”

“What if Voldemort…killed him?”

“Hermione right now is not the best time to be thinking negative…”

A tear escaped Hermione’s eye.

“It’s just that…I yelled at him and I said I hated him the last time I talked to him...what if that was the last time I will ever talk to him?”.

Harry hugged Hermione.

“Everything is going to be alright Mione. Draco’s a big boy…he can take care of himself.”

Hermione wiped away her tears…

“I hope so Harry…”

Then the two left for Draco’s house…not knowing what they would find…
