Going through academic, emotional, and physical challenges, the Trio face many dangers that further Harry's journey to his destiny, and Ron and Hermione face the greatest challenge of all: Admitting what they feel for one another; what had been There All Along.

Until Death Do Us Part follows Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Ginny in the Trio's seventh and final year at Hogwarts. Following the tragic death of Remus Lupin, they have to face life in the middle of the greatest war in centuries. With the return of many beloved and familiar characters, and the introduction of new faces, UDDUP omniciently gets into the minds, hearts, and souls of every character, giving the reader a window to see all sides of the story. And, as it is a romance, the battle between love and hate continues, focusing the complicated and intense relationships between Ron and Hermione, Harry and Ginny, and the friendship of the Trio. It also discusses the effects of death, suffering, and longing that climaxes to the ultimate battle between good and evil, and finally answers the question: Can true love conquer evil? We have all heard William Shakespeare's legendary tragedy Romeo and Juliet, the story of "two star-cross'd lovers" who took their lives to be together when their feuding families tried to keep them apart. The play has met both positive and negative reviews throughout the generations, but through it all, it has been labled as the ultimate love story: one of heartache, sacrifice, and of course, love that has that love "triumphantly defeating" hate. Perhaps this is the reason that the rest of the lovers and dreamers in the world go quietly unnoticed up against the young, tragic heroes that Shakespeare so beautifully created. Perhaps this is why not many know the tale of two rivals who found themselves torn between duty, tradition, family, and love. It is the tale of two individuals who were polar opposites yet could not fight their rising attraction for one another. It is the tale of tow people who came from two different backgrounds, two different worlds and yet managed to find common ground based on humanity and character. It is the tale of a couple whose individuality and passion ignited a flame that burnt brightly, illuminating a manmade darkness thick from the rage of war. It is the tale of the boy who thought he had a heart of stone and the girl who proved him wrong. It is, in essence, the tale of a forbidden love that we must watch struggle to survive as the embers die...

Written in honor of one of OtterySt.Catchpole's favorite and most infamous ships, D/G, Embers explores one girl's struggle between duty and love, between expectations and passion, between right and wrong, between good and evil, between Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy...with a bit of R/Hr and H/G as well.

After (or possibly before) I finish Embers, I am working on the outline to another fic focused on the DA. I will most likely start before Embers because I don't know when I'll finish that.
