Wow, a very frequent reader, aren't we? I'm glad. Anyway, here is the promised update. Hope it doesn't disappoint!

Random Fact #2: In my experience, I have found many commonly misspelled words. However, probably the most irritating incorrect spelling (at least for me) occurs in the word definitely. That's how it's spelt. D-E-F-I-N-I-T-E-L-Y. There is no "a" in definitely. None. Think of finite or infinite, and use that as a base to help you spell definitely.

Two hours later and completely exhausted, Camila collapsed on a chair behind the counter. Fred smiled sympathetically at her and offered her a glass of water.

“Not bad for your first day, huh?” He commented while calculating the final sales of that morning.

She merely nodded, not having the energy to speak. However, she did gulp down the glass of water, feeling the freshness of the drink ease against her throat and satisfy her parched throat.

After a few more moments spent in comfortable silence, she regained enough energy to ask the question that had occurred to her several times since she came back. “Where’s George?”

“Doing to fun part – accounting.” Fred’s eyes danced with amusement, telling her it was anything but the fun part.

“Can’t you just do that all on the computer?” She asked.

“A com-what?” Fred exclaimed, baffled.

Camila shook her head, clearly saying “never mind.”

Fred stared at her mock-accusingly, before looking up. “God, can you hear me? I swear, the connection these days…anyway, you won’t believe this! Camila thinks a com-thing is too complicated for me to understand, just because as it can do 17 times 5 faster than me and add up all our sales of Freak-Napes. God, are you hearing me? Hello!” He frowned. “I need to switch to a better plan; this is giving me a headache.”

By this time, Camila was doubled over in silent laughter. He merely grinned at her. The two passed some more moments in easy silence before the girl got up. She suddenly felt guilty for just sitting on the job when there was obviously a lot that could be done.

“What do you need me to do?” She queried Fred, looking around at the deranged shelves and some materials strewn carelessly in the backroom. During the course of the morning, the two had to restock the shelves several times.

Fred looked up at the mess she had just glanced at, and then waved his hand. “Nah, that won’t take more than 5 minutes with the right charms and spells. Why don’t you go up to see if George needs help? Even to this day, he still needs to write it down to multiply out 72 times 4. He probably fell asleep over there.”

As predicted, George was indeed asleep. He looked so peaceful though, Camila was hesitant to disturb him. Instead, she picked up the book covered with scribbled numbers and began looking over the accounts from previous weeks. They were quite impressive. She knew their store was doing well, but she was not aware of the extent of their good-business. George’s simple and sweet manner and the twins’ good humor made them appear very down-to-earth, not a pair of wizard millionaires.

Eventually, she found the accounts George had been working on today. Almost immediately, her mathematically trained eyes spotted some simple addition mistakes. Picking up his quill, Camila neatly drew a line through the 293, and started working. Within a few moments, she felt perfectly comfortable. In a new place, with new people and old worries, the congruency of arithmetic throughout the world came as a welcome relief.
