Hagrid, who is well known for his unusual affinity for dangerous pets, is obviously not going to inform the Ministry, either, which i likely why no listing of this one-of-a-kind creature appears in Fantastic Beasts & Where to Find Them.
Since a fire-crab can emit fire from its rear end, and a manticore has the tail of a scorpion, one wonders what natural amissions are produced by the Skret, whose discharge is likely somewhat explosive. (Blast-end is a term associated with the use of explosive devices and mining.)
