I think the 'somewhat doubtful boy' is definitely Zacharias Smith and the 'slightly creepy boy' is Michael Corner.
When I saw GoF, I was like "Who the heck is Nigel?" They should've said that it was Dennis Creevey (Colin's younger brother).
They're missing a lot of the D.A. members! The D.A. picture looks ... empty!
