Well, I just personally think it's the parents decision, it its up to them if they want to corrupt/expose their children or not. Personally, I would NOT take my little brother and sister to see it, but the director is right - he's not one to say who is or isn't ready for the play. Everyone reacts differently, and if bothers you so much, why don't you go and ask the director to change it?

I'm sure he's already heard everyone else's viewpoint on the situation, but it's his decision.

I want to see it rather badly. It sounds awesome.
