I think if this IS true at all that it was either a minor prank that went bad, or since they are in Europe, and people there drink wine, they were given a little drink of wine since it was a special occasion (she was becoming an adult), and some guests at the party may have goofed around and drank a little 2 much and got tipsy, big deal.....
