The following is sent to every thread starter once their RP is approved. Make sure you all follow these rules.

Notice:

Please make sure you read and understand SS's Rules & Guidelines and the Rules & Guidelines for RPing in Knockturn Alley!

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

NO profanity.
This means no cussing and this includes editing letters to make cuss words appear.
NO lewd behavior.
We've had a recent rash of Hormones-Gone-Wild and Boys-and-Girls-Gone-Wild and such conduct is most certainly NOT allowed anywhere in SS.
NO mature content.
Everything in these forums MUST be rated PG or below!
NO discussion of Inappropriate Topics.
Topics such as sexuality/sensuality, drugs, alcohol, etc can ONLY be discussed in the Forbidden Forest in Charings Cross Roads!
NO OOC posts
Unless they are by the thread starter about the RP or with a segment of RP. Otherwise use the PM facility.
If your RP becomes inactive after one month, it will be moved to the House of Gaunt forum.
Don't fret if you don't see your RP in the active RP forums. Don't hesitate to PM any one of the RPG mods and we will gladly move your RP's back to their forum, just indicate to us if your RP belongs to the Borgin & Burkes or The Malfoy Manor.
More Adult Content
If you feel your RP is getting a bit much for the KA rating then please ask a mod to move it to Salazar Lair and also makes sure you read the SL Rules before you begin RP'ing in there.
Failure to adhere to these rules will result in a warning and/or the RP being closed depending on the severity of the offense!
