Severus glanced up, a table away.
"Snape never took Muggle Studies, and you're the only person I know..." Carson began.
"Well don't look at me, I'm not in that stupid class. Honestly, I can't imagine why any Slytherins are." Miller glared at him.
Carson looked around and whispered, "My dad made me take it. 'Know your enemy,' he says. He says You-Know-Who will reward those who've done their homework."
Severus buried his head deeper into his book. He had plans. Forget his father. Forget his stupid mother for picking him. Forget Potter and them. He'd show them rewards.
