There is a category on Snitchseeker called the
Dept. of International Cooperation. It has forums in several different languages, by demand, and the administrator for that section is Lissydove. Each forum has a moderator whose job it is to provide a welcoming place for members whose first language they share, including, if possible, translating Harry Potter news articles into their languages.
