I'm a SWF living off the grid in the wild woods of Maine. I have 3 lovely Arabian horses, 30-40 chickens of assorted breeds (some of which I've shown), somewhere around 100 Muscovey ducks (including ducklings and I've shown a few of these too), 15 geese of various types, and 7 rabbits. I also have 2 cats and an Anatolian Shepherd. The biggest hurdle to living w/o electricity is finding a way to power up my TV so I can watch my Harry Potter movies......

I've learned to cook on a cook stove (no electricity or gas) reasonablely well, fried chicken has become a specialty of mine. I've sorta always been an herbal witch.

Have been a die hard fan of Alan Rickman for years........ :O)
