Chapter 7: Kisses Don't Lie- Rihanna*
It was time for my nightly patrols. I hate the dark. I really do, because even with my wand lighted, I can only see my surroundings. Not behing me and ahead of me. Plus the fact that this castle is too big for anyone's good. As I walked down the steps to the Entrance Hall, I heard some footsteps. Did Malfoy commit to his Head Boy position (finally) and maintain his duties? It turned out to be some Ravenclaw prefect. I forgot that they patrolled at night. The girl looked up at me and quickley scurried past. I guess I'm not the only one afraid of the dark.


I wandered around the Hall and jumped when I saw myself in an over-sized mirror. I smirked at my jumpy behavior. I fixed my hair and wiped away some excess makeup. When I turned around I heard soft voiced drift out from the dungeons. They say curiousity killed the cat, so I let my curiousity get ahold of me and I walked quietly into the dungeons. The door wasn't all the way shut.


I pushed it only a tad more open and saw two people talking softly. One was a girl (a brunette) and the other a boy (a very blonde one). Grr...Draco..


"I wish you were still in the Slytherin dungeons, Draco. It would make things so much easier between us," The girl said. She wrapped her arms around his neck.


So this is what he's been doing?! That stupid git. He ran off to be with this slimey freak. And now I'm going to kick them out. But then Draco spoke which stopped me from moving anymore.


"Serena, I almost didn't come back to Hogwarts this year. But I'm sure glad I did," Draco said smoothly. He pulled her closer to him.


"So, I hear you're an excellent kisser. But, that's how rumour has it."


Merlin, I almost threw up in my mouth. But that didn't stop me from keeping my eyes on them.


Draco laughed softly and guided her so her back was against the wall. "Well let me make those rumours right."


Draco bent his head down a little and kissed her lips. I just watched them get at it to the point where I was so mad that I was.....jealous? I slammed the door shut hard (I didn't care if I was heard) and ran up to our tower.

And as I was frustratedly changing into my pajamas, I knew what I had to do. Some way, somehow, I had to make him jealous.


Kisses don't, no they don't, never, don't lie. You can run if you want but you can't hide.
