No they dont. Plus their money is under their parents control till they're 18. On top of all that, they're not allowed to know how much they earn, mainly to stop them from becoming braggers or careless with their money. Seriously? I did not know that. They finish school this year so the laws no longer count for them. They wont have all of it till 18.
