Looks: Clara has perfect blonde curls that are placed nicely around her face and bounce just above her shoulders. She wears thick glasses, which change color and shape daily depending on what the weather or her mood is. Behind those glasses are rich brown eyes. She's usually in vibrant colors, except again, when the mood calls for other colors.

Personality: Clara is a writer. She is constantly wearing her work, the ink, on her hands and sometimes other places (ie lips, nose, ect.). She's very smart and observant and is persistent in taking notes. Her goal is to work at the Daily Prophet after Hogwarts as a columnist. Some call her arrogant, but in reality she is just driven to not fail.

History: Clara Belle was brought up by both of her parents and both sets of grandparents. She did a lot of traveling with her grandparets while she was young. They were a refuge for her in a house full of boys. She was the youngest of a long line of boys (fifth child). However, being in the shadow of big boys, she could never get a word in. This is where her drive to be heard by all is sparked.
