Default Ginny General Discussion

Intro edit from Cassirin: Hey all... I've asked Will to seperate this out into its own thread so that we can all chat about the questions he's raised. I'm excited to hear your thoughts.

Each week or so, he can add his questions and such to this thread, and we can all respond.

Hey, sorry guys, exams and work is currently ruling my life! I am trying very hard to get some great Ginny Graphics done, but I keep having to push them back for assignments. Anyway, here is the second part in a discussion about Ginny's life, the first four years of Hogwarts...

Pre-teens, Potter, Possession & Pressure - GWFC Questions Pt. 2

1. Ginny finally goes to Hogwarts. What is she looking most forward to? What is she dreading? Who's her favorite teacher?

2. Why was she sorted into Gryffindor?

3. Tom Riddle and the Diary. Why was Ginny such a likely target? What, in her personality, left her vunerable to his mind tricks? Why was she so trusting?

4. What effect did the Diary have on her? We see, later on, that she is heavily effected by the Dementors and the Veil, are these scars from the horrors of her first year?

5. Harry, Harry, Harry! Why does she like him so much? Why can the girl that "never shuts up" become suddenly so mute in his presence?

6. Ginny turns down the chance to go with Harry to the ball because she promised Neville. What does this say about her character? What other positive traits does she show during these years that makes her the ideal women for Harry?

7. During the first four years at Hogwarts Ginny develops a lot off page. What was your favorite canon moment from these books?

That ends part two. If you know any fan fiction or fan art related to Ginny's childhood, or want to add anymore questions, then feel free to discuss them below. If you wanted to continue discussing Ginny's future or past feel free.
