No, crookshanks is part kneazle (see Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them), thats why he's so intelligent. And Lily came out of the wand, she is dead...
I really dont think Draco is. I mean Moody hates them (the malfoys), he would have told on him if he was. Plus McGonagall says "We dont use transfiguration as a punishment" so yeah...
