I can see a girl becoming jealous over Sirius (in fact I see about 12 or more) but that would boost his ego sky high. He would love it if girls were fighting over him....*knows plenty of males that like that*....That to him would give him the mentality that he knows he is handsome and can make the girls go "crazy", so to say.
