He didn't want to lose Bucky and yet he was always scared that she was going to walk away. She didn't seem to like Maddi, she always gave her Looks and made Faces when they were together.

Pity, Jamie didn't yet understand jealousy.

"Jacques," she greeted him, before turning to smile at him. If there wasn't a counter in the way, she'd have jumped up and hugged him.
