Chapter Two - Dobby's Warning
A house-elf is in Harry's bedroom when Harry comes up. The house-elf keep saying Harry can't go back to Hogwarts. Dobby, as the house-elf is called, has even been stopping Harry's letters.
Dobby keeps hitting himself and yelping.
Dobby does magic in the Dursleys house while the Mason's are there. Harry gets an official warning from the Ministry. Since he Dursley's lost the deal because of this, Harry is locked up in his room.
