It's not strange but a little funny that they probably don't sell them for teeangers, who are the film audience. Even David Heyman and Mike Newell have said the film/book isn't really for little kids anymore. But I suppose they're cuter than teenagers!

Looking at the racks I'd say yes (not that I'm complaining, because pink is so not my colour!) and no they're not exact.
