GOF story or movie is not for little children. It will be very hard for them to see or read about death and torturing. So that they made the movie PG-13 and this is the right thing if you asked me. I don't know if all the theatres will not accept under 13 with out PG. In my country, There is a different system of rating. I don't think that they will rate it for ( Only for people above 16 ).
