One of the ten commandments says to not take God's name in vain... I believe in Harry Potter and the Prizoner of Azkaban, that is exactly what Draco Malfoy does.
The Bible also says to obey your father and mother. In Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Ron Weasley and his brothers take the car and snuck out.
It's not against the bible if a book does not praise God every five pages.
