OK, so they had that quote thing about dumbledore telling harry everything. So, me and my dad worked this out together.

Dumbledore is all knowing, we all know it. Every book needs a character like him. So, when Lily and James were killed, he sent Harry to live with the Dursleys, who previously had tons of magical power, but shirked it.Their deal w/ Dumbledore was that their kid (Dudley) would have nothing to do with magic, and they would take Harry in. Mrs. Arabella Figg, took the job of Harry's Secret Keeper. Now, there was a rule amongst the entire wizarding world, Harry mst not know who he is. He will know when Dumbledore thinks he is ready.

Proof:

JK Rowling said something about it being too late for the dursleys, but dudley might still have a chance.....

Mrs. Figg is the one in the Same Arabella Figg mentioned in GoF.

That should be enough for you. Obviously there is something also about James' side of the family. OUr other half of the theory (can't be proven) is that Voldie is James' brother who had a crush on Lily, who then married James. I don't agree, but it's what my dad thinks.

Anyway, open for discussion, rip it apart so I can stop believeing it, PLEASE! hehe

You may have something there!!! Arabella Figg may be Harry's secret keeper. She was also his baby sitter too, wasn't she? She would have had to keep a close eye on her charge. There's been guesses as to who the new DADA teacher will be. The guesses have been towards Arabella Figg! Now that Mort
(I call Voldemort that!) is back in power, it would be necessary to keep Harry even more protected now. I think Arabella will be the new DADA teacher!

I think Arabella will know that Snape used to be one of Mort's followers and doesn't like him. She doesn't trust him. She doesn't think that he's truly turned over a new leaf. Anyone who worked for the Dark Lord, isn't trustworthy in her book.

What do you all think of this idea???
