Thinking back on high school and all a light bulb went off in my head. I know we are being a little harsh on Rowling for the snogging in the book but thinking back I must say that did seem the priority on most of the 16 yr olds. So truthfully now that I think of it, it isn't so much of a surprise. The part that gets me the most is that Voldermort is KNOWN to be alive and his death eaters are KILLING people and yet the students act as if everything is normal and nothing is going on around them. Odd that she does it that way. You know she did complain about not being able to write in the coffee shops anymore so people leave her alone and let her write in a coffee shop please... the books are better that way.
