Personally, I like to read it all fresh (without knowing anything) but I do like seeing images (book covers, etc.) as soon as they come out.

I like to avoid reading ahead (chapter names, chapter pics, etc.) because it sometimes spoils stuff too, but usually it just makes you wonder what could be happening.
