Sometimes I wonder why,
Why the Sun can't brighten up the sky,
As beautifully as the moon at night,
O Why?

Why the pale stars have to shine,
Up above and so high,

Sometimes I wonder why,
Why so fast time must fly,
And take away all our fun and joy,
O Why?
Sometimes I wonder why,
Why dear ones have to go,
Why flowers must wither and die,
O Why?
