hmm....good point CrazyMoonyFan. When a wizard dies where does the wand go? Maybe they're buried with it, if they even bury wizards. And since Voldemort didn't really die his wand wouldn't have disappeared so most likely Peter took it, or another Death Eater could've taken it by using an Invisibility cloak, or a spell of some sort.
