The Guardian have today published an article about the rise and fall of house prices in the UK, listing some of the most expensive places to live. They mention how much it'd cost to live near JKR.

The children's author lives on Earls Terrace in Kensington, west London, the most expensive street in England and Wales, according to a list compiled by Mouseprice.com.
The most expensive town is Virginia Water, Surrey, where the average price is £591,294.

The least expensive town is Ferndale, Rhondda Cynon Taff, where the average price is £29,693.
