Yes, which I know doesn't exactly imply that, but if you're an extra for that scene where a group of actors are getting together, why wouldn't you a) see the Malfoy's and b) see an empty seat for Winky? I would think - though I truly have no clue - that if you're an extra in a scene with a group of actors that would be around these people, you would see them... but I guess we'll see when the movie is done.
