Eventhough it is really hard to keep the same actors for 7 movies straight i think that they should try their very best in doing so, Even a small character like molly weasly, having a different actor play that roll would take away something from the movie. In PoA, obviously since they couldn't get the same dumbledore back, I kinda felt like something was taken away from that character in the movies cause in the books I will always picture the Richard Harris dumbledore as opposed to the new one in PoA. Julie Walters is the perfect Molly Weasly and cant picture a different one!
