That's what I thought. He looked kinda uumm... wierd, like his face is too small for his neck. Anyway, I think Rupert didn't get voted or whatever because they can probably only nominate 1 actor per movie/genre, and since Dan IS Harry Potter, he got it. and of course Emma's the female protagonist, so she has to be in there...
