Oh, this stinks. It looks like, in addition to the $1.99 you pay per ringtone, you also have to be signed up for the Ringback Tones service at $0.99 per month. The moment you canel that service or after one year, whichever comes first, you lose your "subscription" to the ringtone. o_O
Not to mention that they aren't available all over the US:
