Cecelia LOVED to dance. Not exactly the kind of dancing she figured the headmaster WANTED them to do at a fancy ball, but the girl had rhythm all the same. She DID know SOMETHING about waltzing, too. Grandpa Bishop was light on his feet and she'd had MANY a dance parties with him RIGHT in the living room, listening to old time-y music and laughing as she stood on his feet as they moved about the room. It was for THIS reason she was smiling as she waved at the headmaster AND the care of magical creatures professor in greeting. Hi, hello, she was HERE!

Oh, and she needed a dress, apparently.

The first year marched on back to the changing room, picking out a pretty purple dress that was a BIT poofy and looked like it would be PERFECT for twirling. When she was all changed, she headed right back out to register herself.
