She knew what this was. There was no way Jasmine was here, when she was at home, safe, with her father when she left only a few hours ago. Her suspicions were confirmed as Jake cast the Boggart-Banishing Charm, and she began casting the Slavic version of the same spell that they had learned in Durmstrang. She really had not been trained to capture boggarts, but YATI training had at least taught her to recognise them.
Alexa's call for retreat was her saving grace. She really was not enjoying the onslaught of grotesque visions, and it was really only adrenaline that was keeping her from passing out or doing something incredibly stupid, like screaming.
Her eyes scanned the crowd, looking for Benzi. If one of them went home, she had always told herself that it would be him, but this was not their jurisdiction, and this was not a life-or-death situation. They were both going home today.
