Post Warner Bros. may reportedly open new Harry Potter exhibit tour in New York City

A new report from Crain's New York Business is out that Warner Bros. may be opening a Harry Potter exhibit - similar to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London in the UK - in New York City.

The studio has reportedly leased a large Flatiron District retail space at 935 Broadway that's about 35,000 square feet and three flights up.

More details can be found below.

Quote:
That space allows visitors to walk through recreations of many of the films’ most iconic locations, including the Great Hall, the Forbidden Forest and the locomotive platform where young wizards and witches departed for the Hogwarts School where Potter learned his sorcery.

The Harry Potter concept will open in a space directly next to the Flatiron Building, a Manhattan landmark that attracts tourists to the area who will serve as potential visitors to the exhibit.

The space was formerly occupied by the upscale furniture and homegoods brand Restoration Hardware.
Do note that Warner Bros. has not officially confirmed this, so this is still in the rumored category. There is also no tentative opening date set.
