Yoyo’s mother had told her not to bother with Muggle Studies because allegedly she wouldn’t need it having grown up in muggles cities. Jaslene has insisted Yoyo take something challenging instead but her mother wasn’t here and Yoyo really liked the idea of learning more about Muggle culture. So! there she was, bright eyed and ready, with her hair carefully braided and her robes just right, and ready to learn despite her full stomach suggesting a nap.

This time she walked into class, Yoyo was assuming that no matter how wacky the classroom the professor would be just as much a stickler for safety as Beryl had been- it was really wacky though. bright colors and weird furniture- she believed she spotted a chair that had? actual moss growing on it. Yoyo hummed, tapping her chin as she considered where to sit- she was second in, and had second pick and Yoyo was clever enough to know not to squander this opportunity. There was a chair near the front, a little bright green bean bag that looked really comfortable but wouldn’t it be difficult to take notes sitting like that? She could go for the stool and pretend to be tall like that Hufflepuff third year with the long name- oh! or she could go for that funny looking Hand Chair- So many choices, too many choices, to easily make the decision. “Hey Professor Schmoe, did you have a good lunch? French food is so different.” about as different as apples to pears. At long last, Yoyo hopped over to the green bag and settled her bum right in- it was just as comfortable as she’d hoped. Taking up the little paper and pen, Yoyo wrote down her name as the professor had and laid it out on her mushroom shaped desk.
