Because it was this fear on top of the fact that she had just received the very first detention of her life that made her feel sick to her stomach. Her back was completely stiff and she no longer cared whether or not others were watching. No wait, she definitely did care. But her eyes were shut so she couldn't really see it anyway. "Take it, take it, take it," she held out the little parcel full of pellets in hopes that the niffler would happily snatch it and run off.
Forget the little sack of pellets, the niffler was much more fixated on all the SHINIES the girl was wearing.
Yanking and tugging, it made a real honest attempt to collect its prize.
And gave another stinky TOOT TOOT.
