Patricks eyes were tracking the room. He was worried. He had been missing Kam, they were supposed to meet up again to gaze at the stars. He heard Eiji making comments about flying in the mist in response to the puff prefect. Great, rolling his eyes he tried to not get annoyed with the banter because it wasn’t doing a single thing for getting peoples nerves calmed or finding a solution. He didn’t say anything because it wasn’t his place.

and there it was…. The first student to freak out a bit he sounded calm but his quiet voice made Patrick believe he was extremely nervous. Lucas did not sound like he wanted any part of the mist, and the house elves appearing did not help calm the poor kid. He felt terrible. He was trying to look like a duck himself, calm and cool on the outside and maybe freaking out like a goon on the inside.

His face had stayed pretty neutral until he heard that he was going to be sharing a common room with the Gryffindors. He wasn’t thrilled because he liked his common room. After six years you get to a point where being in another place just doesn’t seem to be the right fit and he was at that point. He was not happy. But he couldn’t show that because he had to lead by example for the other students.

Anna’s voice coming through the room gave him a sigh of relief that someone else was just as concerned as he was for finding them. He wantedNEEDED to know she was okay. He was one more person going missing from telling his parents he would just study at home at take NEWTs and try to get a job because he was really starting to believe the place was super unsafe. The headmasters words about the ministry working out a plan didn’t put him at any ease, it made him feel worse than not knowing what was going on with the fog.

Turning at the sound of the professors having a squabble he quickly looked away not wanting any part of it. But here he was watching Chloe lose it. He felt terrible because he was feeling the same exact way. Kam was no where to be found. He hadn’t spotted Jolie anywhere either and it was really starting to make him worry that there was no longer just two students missing but three.

Here he was, trying to figure out why the most ridiculous things were going on at Hogwarts and why he even went there because he was #notafan and wanted out… but he was stuck.
