It starts as a flicker or two of the lights, nothing terribly out of the ordinary. Lights flicker. The world goes on. Nothing to halt training over.

But then they flicker again. And again.

This time when they flicker they go off entirely leaving everyone in the dimly lit room. Lighting wands will prove ineffective, as will trying to get the door open now that it’s slipped shut. It’s not just lighting charms either. It’s as if you’ve been pulled into a magical deadzone.

Who’s incharge of those ministry charms anyway?
