She didn't bowl. Never had, actually, and bowling with heads wasn't...well, it wasn't something Emilia ever thought she'd be doing. She wrinkled her nose a bit as she observed an older gentleman being berated by the shriveled head he was about to hoist down the lane, noting he seemed pleased to let the thing go. She'd be doing that? ....Fuuuun.

Hopefully she wouldn't be too awful at this.

"Hey Carter, good holiday?" Her fellow auror in training received a tentative smile. He was quite smart, skilled, but she wouldn't exactly call him friendly. Still, she was relieved to see a familiar face. She noted his shirt and her gaze shifted to the counter, scanning the different team names and colors. Drawn to the black shirt, she picked it up and slipped it on over her long sleeve, smoothing it down once she had. "Bowled here before?"

And she'd be needing shoes too, yes? She slipped out of her black boots and set them to the side, requesting a pair of those adorable little bowling shoes. Too bad she couldn't shake the knowledge that they'd been worn countless times before by a world of random people.

A bowling event? Mariana was here for it. The herbologist was all about friendly competition and she thought this was the perfect opportunity to mingle and meet some new people. After draping her coat over the back of a chair and slipping out of her ankle boots, she made her way over to the counter to get some bowling shoes and pick a team. Purple was a color she was drawn to, so it wasn't hard for her to settle on that one, the team name causing her laugh out loud. Clever. Now all she needed was some teammates and the fun could begin. She'd grab herself a drink while she waited.
