Analiese E. Allanach-Senchuri was famished. That wasn't exactly strange.
She stood behind an older girl who looked like a third year. She was counting the coins she had into her palm when she saw Austin, a boy she had seen earlier. The 11-year-old gave a little wave and continued counting. 6 galleons and 13 sickles... 6 galleons and 14 sickles...
Analiese wondered what she would get from the food trolley. What did they even sell there? She could worry about that later. Instead, she wondered what Hogwarts would be like. And what house she would be in. Probably a Ravenclaw, even though she wanted to be a Gryffindor. Her mind was drifting away from Hogwarts and towards the fact that all the other students were towering over her. Again, she mumbled, " I hate being a midget." Just why couldn't she be taller? She was only 4'2"!
