Renee took a deep breath as she made her way onto the pitch, sweeping her long hair up into a ponytail as she did. Didn't want it flying in her face while she was up there, after all.

A few of her teammates were already there. She gave a quick nod to each one in turn, taking a space a little ways apart from them to stretch out and get ready. This was going to be a good game. Since she'd first seen the Indian team with all its lovely men in the Leaky Cauldron, she'd had a gut feeling that everything would come down to her team vs. theirs.

Thankfully, her team was good. Really good. (After all, they hadn't made it to the finals for nothing. Duh.) They had a certain flow that she was confident would carry them through to victory. And perhaps that victory could be celebrated with snogging a certain teammate of hers... But no time to think about that now. She grinned to herself at the thought, though. Couldn't help it.

Anyway. Countdown was on.
