Finally got around in finding some time in her routine Ami had changed into a more suitable and comfortable pair of clothes to hit the exercising room! Heading to the corner of the room where the punching backs hung she secured her hands with tape and a pair of gloves to prevent damage to her knuckles. Setting herself in a fighting stance she took a deep breath and commenced swinging her fists against the bag, feeling a satisfying rush of adrenaline through her body.
