Victoria had opened the floor for the other department heads and listened to each of them. Nodding as they both went, though she thought some more might speak up but that was okay, she was running this meeting so she could talk more if needed.
"As you can see we need pretty much every department. Transportation is our main area for travel. With the semi finals happening at many of our stadiums they will need to make sure the flow networks and portket areas can handle more traffice, during the actual world cup we look to have way over even that amount traveling in. I have already let all hotels and Inns know and places such as the Leaky will be main areas for our guests." Victoria was very excited to get so many businesses involved, this was not only great for the ministry but for the community and all the local businesses as well.
"Now MLE and A&C will be really busy making sure all our charms and security are up to date and set for the areas that we need. Diagon Alley will be having some added security the week of the cup as well." She was not having anything bad happen on her watch, no her dream of this world cup was going to end in success.
"The semi finals will start in May, some of our players that we watch through the season will end up heading to their native countries to play for them, but many of our players will be on the England team. You might see more of the players in and out in the next few months getting contracts straight, traveling visas all worked out and everything that is needed. I look for level five to be just as busy as level seven. " She looked towards the level five employees.
"Not only will you have travel visas for the players, but you are going to have many merchandising applications coming through. I know your undercover buyers will be fully staffed at all the matches." Looking to their department head she didn't know if he wanted to add to that.
