Taking the leather folder from under his arm he laid it upon the table taking a seat near where Victoria was sitting but also close to the woman that he did not know. He really should have mingled more at the picnic but social gatherings... ew. He gave his Department Head a curt nod, "Good Morning." he figured she would want the silence.
